1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.
2. Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Used or opened products
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service Team at [hello@jestyskin.com] with your order number, the product(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Please ensure the item is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., an incorrect or damaged product).
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at [hello@jestyskin.com] within 7 days of receiving the item.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at [hello@jestyskin.com]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any shipping costs associated with the error.
8. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
9. Sale and Clearance Items
Please note that items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds.
10. International Orders
For international orders, shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any customs fees or additional charges that may occur.
