DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
After review, Jestyskin may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate. Jestyskin reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution for all claims.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of skincare products. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, allergic reactions, misuse of products, failure to follow product instructions, or dissatisfaction with results.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled or modified before processing begins. Once an order has started being processed, packed, or shipped, cancellations and changes cannot be made.
SHIPPING
If an order is returned due to refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or failure to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees, any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
REFUND PROCESSING
Where a refund is approved, only the product cost may be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable, as shipping carriers do not refund shipping charges once an order has been shipped.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
