Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. During periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 2 business days.
DELIVERY WITHIN NIGERIA
Abuja: Same-day or next business day delivery.
Other states within Nigeria: 3 to 5 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and courier operations.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking information will be provided for international orders and for Nigerian orders shipped through our logistics pickup or home delivery options.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities. Customers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with their local import regulations and applicable charges before placing an order.
DELIVERY DELAYS
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays caused by courier services, customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist with any delivery-related issues.
UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED ORDERS
If an order is returned due to refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or failure to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees, any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. No refund will be issued for products returned under these circumstances.
